Introduction

The D.B.A. program is designed to enable students to conduct research in a specific field, forming the basis of their specialization. The program is tailored for professionals, managers, and consultants, empowering them to empirically analyze the problems they encounter in the global, contested, and uncertain context in which they operate.

The objectives of the D.B.A. are to provide training in research using theoretical paradigms adapted to the subjects covered (quantitative and qualitative methodologies) and to recommend original, innovative solutions directly applicable to the world of administration. This research is directed by an experienced supervisor who guides students through their doctoral studies. The primary objective is to develop open and critical approaches (such as open-mindedness, collaborative work, adaptability, etc.) and professional qualities (including writing skills and expertise).
