Introduction
Doctoral study program with a Full-Time Mode of Study in English.
Doctoral study program Construction Management focuses on scientific preparation, methodology of scientific work, and the development of knowledge in the field of investment project management, innovation management, project management, business management, strategic management, spatial economy, and forensic engineering. The scientific preparation in this field is based on mastering the initial theoretical disciplines of science and the theoretical and scientific disciplines in the field of applied sciences and is also aimed at acquiring the necessary habits of students for independent scientific research and creative activities in research and development in solving current theoretical problems and questions arising from practice requirements. During the study, the student gains both new theoretical knowledge and new own experience from the preparation, realization, and evaluation of necessary experiments. The dissertation thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current state of development of the solved problems in the Czech Republic and abroad, on the definition of the subject and methodology of the topic under development, and especially on the creative contribution proven by acquiring new partial knowledge and regularities. His knowledge of foreign languages will enable him to study abroad as well.
The aim of the study is also to involve students in the preparation and solution of national and international scientific research projects, the presentation of achieved results at national and international scientific and professional conferences, and their publication in professional and scientific foreign and domestic journals.
